ArisUnitern secures DaaS mandate for commercial project in Mumbai

ArisUnitern RE Solutions, a subsidiary of Arisinfra Solutions, has received an 18-month Developer-as-a-Service mandate from Transcon Group for the second phase of Transcon Ramdev Plaza in Santacruz West, Mumbai. The commercial project has an estimated GDV of ₹250 crore and about 56,000 sq ft of RERA carpet area available for free sale.
