Brigade Enterprises’ net profit rises 29% to ₹218.82 crore in Q2 FY27

Brigade Enterprises reports a 28.5% rise in net consolidated profit for the quarter, despite a 12.6% fall in total income. Real estate sales soared to ₹1,827 crore, largely driven by the launch of 2.4 million sq ft of new projects valued at approximately ₹3,000 crore. Positive contributions from leasing and hospitality bolstered their financial standing, with a net worth of ₹6,517.47 crore as of September 30, 2026.
