On Saturday, the draw of lots for house allotment in Wayanad township will be conducted for beneficiaries. A total of 149 houses are set to be allocated to survivors of the Mundakkai-Chooralmala landslide. Efforts are being made to ensure all necessary services are ready by November when the houses are handed over. Additionally, a study will address rainwater stagnation in the area and resolve drainage issues.
