Haryana cabinet approves land pooling policy-2026; landowners to get 50% of saleable area

Haryana's Cabinet has greenlit the Land Pooling Policy-2026, updating the previous Land Pooling Policy-2022. This new policy allows landowners to keep 50 percent of the project's saleable area according to the approved layout. Moreover, they will receive Rs 1 lakh per acre annually for four years following the sale deed registration.
