In Q2 FY27, Mindspace Business Parks REIT achieved 31.9 percent rise in net operating income, showcasing its robust financial health. The total income reached ₹1,028.43 crore, marking a 30.1 percent increase year-on-year. Additionally, the net profit saw a jump to ₹479.18 crore. The gross leasing activity was notable, covering around 1.6 million sq ft.
