NBCC signs ₹2,000 crore Patna redevelopment MoUs; Avenue Towers e-auction fetches ₹5,191 crore

NBCC has signed MoUs with the Bihar government for four redevelopment projects in Patna with an estimated project cost of ₹2,000 crore and potential sale and lease proceeds of about ₹5,152 crore. Separately, the company realised ₹5,191 crore through an e-auction of residential units in New Delhi and opened a branch office in Australia.
