Prestige Retail Ventures has successfully concluded the acquisition of Gloind Vintage Infra, valuing the enterprise at approximately ₹519 crore. The venture involved acquiring 100% equity of Gloind for ₹5 lakh, granting PRVL complete authority. This move not only bolsters their holdings but also brings Tarun Realtors, a wholly owned subsidiary of Gloind, under Prestige Estates Projects’ expanding portfolio.
