Trehan IRIS invests ₹400 crore to develop Greater Noida West mall

Trehan IRIS plans to make IRIS Broadway Greno West operational in Q1 2027. The company is investing ₹400 crore in the retail component and another ₹135 crore in a 135-room Courtyard by Marriott hotel at the mixed-use development. The mall is targeting annual retail consumption of over ₹580 crore in its first year, rising to around ₹700 crore in the second year.
